These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Groupp mobile application published by GROUPP EUROPE SA.
This temporary version is provided as part of the application submission and review process for app distribution platforms. A complete and final legal version is currently under legal review.
1. About the Application
Groupp is a social platform allowing adult users to:
- discover groups, events, venues and activities;
- interact with other users;
- create groups and events;
- share content and communicate through the application.
The application is available on smartphones through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Access Conditions
Use of Groupp is strictly limited to users aged 18 and over.
During registration, users must:
- provide certain information required to create an account;
- confirm that they are legally adults;
- accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Access to certain features may require device permissions (location, camera, photo library, contacts or notifications).
3. Account Creation
Creating an account requires:
- a mobile phone number;
- OTP code verification;
- certain profile information.
Some profile information may be visible to other users depending on profile settings and available application features.
Email addresses and phone numbers are never publicly visible to other users.
4. Service Features
Groupp allows users to:
- discover profiles, groups, venues and events;
- exchange messages;
- share content;
- receive personalized suggestions based on certain profile and activity parameters. Some personalization features may evolve as the application continues to develop.
At the date of this temporary version, certain future features mentioned in application materials may not yet be available.
5. User Rules
Users agree to:
- use the application lawfully and respectfully;
- provide accurate information;
- respect other users;
- avoid publishing illegal, hateful, violent, fraudulent or harmful content;
- avoid unauthorized access attempts to the application or its systems.
Abusive, fraudulent or dangerous behavior may result in account suspension or deletion.
6. User Content
Users remain responsible for the content they publish within the application.
By publishing content, users authorize Groupp to host, display and distribute such content as necessary for the normal operation of the service.
Groupp may remove certain content or suspend accounts in order to maintain platform safety, compliance and community standards.
7. Moderation and Reporting
Users may report content, profiles, groups or events considered inappropriate or in violation of platform rules.
Reports may be reviewed manually by the moderation team.
8. Intellectual Property
The Groupp application, its design, visual identity, features and protected content are the property of GROUPP EUROPE SA or their respective owners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction or use is prohibited.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Groupp Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
Groupp makes reasonable efforts to ensure application availability and proper operation.
Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur for technical, maintenance or security reasons.
