These conditions of use govern the use by any person (the "User") of the website https://groupp.eu/ (the "Website") of the companies GROUPP EUROPE, whose registered office is located at Avenue Louise 231, 1050 Ixelles and registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0797.502.722 and GROUPP INVEST BELGIUM whose registered office is located at Avenue Louise 231, 1050 Ixelles and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0780.724.393 (hereinafter referred to together as "GROUPP") and all related services provided by GROUPP in direct or indirect connection with the website. By accessing the Website, the User agrees to respect and comply with these terms of use. 1 - LIMITS ON USE

6 - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
6.1 - These conditions of use are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
6.2 - Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of this agreement, which cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable time, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de l'entreprise Francophone de Bruxelles.
